Klimt’s allegory of life and death is not doom filled. The grim reaper figure stands alone to the side while the stronger vertical pillar of life challenges him. Death has a part in the cycle of life and death; however, he is not dominant.
Yea these are real, its a Lightning storm crossing paths with the Icelandic volcano Eyjafjallajökull’s eruption column.
